


Stay in an apartment? A number of apartments owned by private owners are situated next to our hotel. We rent out these apartments on behalf of these private owners and are not part of the hotel.The comfort flats are slightly more luxuriously equipped than the standard flats. These include a more luxurious shower, bathroom and/or kitchen.You check in at our reception and of course you are also very welcome in our restaurant/terrace/bar.
Stay in a 3-person apartment on Texel with a homely interior and various facilities. In the spacious apartment of 50 square meters you can cook extensively in the available kitchen, dine at the dining table in the living room or take a seat on the balcony or terrace of the apartment when the weather is nice. Enjoy all the facilities and space in the comfortable 3-person apartment, located next to Van der Valk Hotel Texel – De Koog.
ON HOLIDAY WITH THE FAMILY
In the 3-person apartments you will experience enough space with the family because the apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (with single beds or a double bed) and an open kitchen in the living room. The living room also has a separate dining table and a sitting area where you can relax and watch television. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
LOCATION & PRIVATE OWNERS
All types of apartments are located in the apartment complex next to Van der Valk Hotel Texel – De Koog on the edge of the Dennenbos, within walking distance of the beach. The apartments are managed by private owners and therefore differ in furnishing.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES
In addition to the various facilities in the 3-person apartment, you can use the parking spaces around Van der Valk Hotel Texel – De Koog free of charge. Would you like to eat out during your stay in the apartment? View the menu of the restaurant of Van der Valk Hotel Texel - De Koog and reserve a table for our breakfast buffet, à la carte lunch or dinner.
NICE TO KNOW
For a fee, one dog (€9.50 per dog per night, or €47.50 per dog per week) is welcome in the apartment, which must be stated at the time of booking. Your dog can join only if there is sufficient availability, which must be discussed in advance. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
It is also possible to place an extra baby cot in the apartments on request. The baby cot will always be placed in the living room. Consult our reception for this.
NOT INCLUDED:
The additional costs for renting an apartment are: tourist tax (p.p.p.n.), costs for bed linen (€9 per stay, p.p.), local tax (p.p.p.n.) and final cleaning costs (€55.00 per accommodation). Optionally, you can request a towel package (a large and a small towel) at the reception for €6. Kitchen towels are not available in the apartment and cannot be booked.
BOOKING VIA YOUR VALK ACCOUNT?
You do save your usual Valk Loyal credit, however, due to third-party flat rentals, the Valk Loyal welcome drink is not included in your booking.
CANCEL RESERVATION?
The apartments can be canceled 30 days before arrival. After this time, a cancellation fee will be charged. These costs can be found in your reservation confirmation when you have made the reservation.
The interior of the apartments may differ from the photos, as the apartments are not managed by Van der Valk Hotel Texel - De Koog, but private owners.
