Stay in an apartment? A number of apartments owned by private owners are situated next to our hotel. We rent out these apartments on behalf of these private owners and are not part of the hotel. You check in at our reception and of course you are also very welcome in our restaurant/terrace/bar.

Enjoy the space and diversity of facilities that a comfortable 2-person apartment has to offer during your holiday on Texel. The apartment has a separate bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen and is therefore not only suitable for a weekend away, but also for a longer holiday on Texel!

ENJOY IN SPACE
You can enjoy plenty of space in the 40-square-metre 2-person apartments. The apartment has 1 separate bedroom (with two single beds or one double bed), a living room with flat screen television, a separate dining table and an open kitchen with various equipment. The bathroom in the apartment has a shower, sink and toilet. In good weather you can take a seat on the terrace or balcony of the apartment.

LOCATION & PRIVATE OWNERS
All 2-person apartments are managed by a private owner and are rented out by Van der Valk Hotel Texel – De Koog. The comfortable apartments are located in the apartment complex next to the hotel, on the edge of the Dennenbos. Because the apartments are managed by private owners and are only rented out by Van der Valk Hotel Texel – De Koog, the various apartments differ in design.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES
In addition to the facilities in the 2-person apartment, you can use the parking spaces of Van der Valk Hotel Texel – De Koog free of charge. Don't feel like cooking? Then book a table in the restaurant of Van der Valk Hotel Texel – De Koog. You are most welcome for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

NICE TO KNOW
For a fee, one dog (€9.50 per dog per night, or €47.50 per dog per week) is welcome in the apartment, which must be stated at the time of booking. Your dog can join only if there is sufficient availability, which must be discussed in advance. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

It is also possible to place an extra baby cot in the apartments on request. The baby cot will always be placed in the living room. Consult our reception for this.

NOT INCLUDED
The additional costs for renting an apartment are: the tourist tax ( p.p.p.n.), costs for bed linen (€9 per stay, p.p.), local tax (p.p.p.n.) and final cleaning costs (€55.00 per accommodation). Optionally, you can request a towel package (a large and a small towel) at the reception for €6,50. Kitchen towels are not available in the apartment and cannot be booked.

BOOKING VIA YOUR VALK ACCOUNT?
You do save your usual Valk Loyal credit, however, due to third-party flat rentals, the Valk Loyal welcome drink is not included in your booking.

CANCEL RESERVATION?
The apartments can be canceled 30 days before arrival. After this time, a cancellation fee will be charged. These costs can be found in your reservation confirmation when you have made the reservation.

The interior of the apartments may differ from the photos, as the apartments are not managed by Van der Valk Hotel Texel - De Koog, but private owners.
